Here's the real math:
The cheap lamp cycle:
- $25 Amazon product × 3 replacements over 2 years (battery fails, tips over, breaks) = $75 + frustration
The electrician alternative:
- Hardwired sconces = $800-1,200 for installation + you're locked into that placement forever
The Solariko investment:
- $98-118 once + $18 covers to refresh = One lamp that lasts years, moves with you, and adapts to every season
Yes. The Wall Sconce and Planters install in 5 minutes with just two screws (easily patchable) or optional adhesive mounting —no electrician, no hardwiring, no landlord permission needed.
The $800 electrician alternative:
Traditional sconces require: electrician quotes ($800-1,200), landlord approval (often denied), and permanent modifications you'll leave behind when you move.
