Refund policy

Refunds & Returns

We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. 

  • If you are not happy with your purchase or you wish to exchange it, you may return it within 15 days after the arrival date of your parcel for a full refund.
  • Free items, accessories and Fun Covers are non-returnable
  • OUTLET SALE products are non-returnable
  • Your product must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging (both inner and outer). A proof photo is required before initiating the return process.
  • To initiate your return, contact our customer support team at info@solariko.co email address.
  • We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs and restocking fee (3$) when returning your order to our overseas return address or within the US (for Amalfi WALL CHROME and BLACK and Selene WALL in WHITE and CHROME). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
  • Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email to notify you.
  • Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days after we receive the parcel.
  • All wholesale orders are non-refundable.

Cancellations (if applicable)

  • If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team before your order has shipped. If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, you can cancel within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at info@solariko.co.
  • For orders dispatched from our US warehouse, cancellations or adjustments can  only be made if the order is placed after 2pm (ET).

Defective, Damaged Products or Missing pieces

  • If you receive a defective or damaged lamp during shipping, we will send you a replacement for free.
  • A video of the defective or damaged product must be sent to the Customer Support Team at info@solariko.co to support your claim no later than 3 days after delivery.
  • If some parts of your order are missing, a video or picture of the package showing the missing item/s must be sent to the Customer support team at info@solariko.co to support your claim no later than 3 days after delivery.
  • After we confirm the status of the product, we will send you a free replacement and ship it within 12 hours after confirmation. 

Wrong Address

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly.
  • If you believe you’ve provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@solariko.co before your order has shipped. If the order has already shipped, we are no longer able to modify the address. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email yet, you can update your address within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at info@solariko.co. We strive to process orders quickly, so please notify us as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Solariko is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please file a complaint with your respective shipping carrier.

Warranty

All our lamps have a 1-year warranty after unboxing. Note that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover any normal wear and tear. Solariko reserves the right to ask for evidence (including photos and/or videos) of the defective parts and replace the parts if there is a manufacturing defect. Only one incident is covered.
